I popped into Christie’s showroom in Kensington to peruse their ‘Out of the Ordinary’ collection; pieces for sale that do not easily slot into their standard categories.  Unusual is definitely the word!  From a Triceratops’ skull to a cement Chesterfield suite, to a giant anatomical 1950’s robot to a collection of hair ‘souvenirs’ from the Victorian era complete with framed mounts and inked dedications.  What a  bizarre and fascinating collection of objects.
I particularly like these futuristic 80’s mannequins – this would have been a very different film for the young Kim Cattrall.
